Shipment of Products

At Achaari Brothers, we strive to deliver your favorite pickles with care and efficiency. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

1. Shipping Charges:

  • Pre-Paid Orders: Free shipping on all pre-paid purchases.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal charge of ₹50/- will apply. COD is available only for orders up to ₹1,000.

2. Order Dispatch and Delivery:

  • Orders are dispatched from our warehouses or partner locations across India.
  • Products are typically delivered within 7-10 business days of receiving the order and payment.
  • Deliveries are made between 10:30 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

3. COD Terms:

  • COD payments must be made in full using Indian Rupees before receiving the package and signing the delivery sheet.
  • Gift cards cannot be used for COD payments.
  • Packages can be opened only after the payment is completed.

4. Order Address and Delivery:

  • Orders will be delivered to the address specified during checkout. Address changes or redirection requests after placing an order will not be accommodated.
  • A signature is required upon delivery. We are not responsible for deliveries signed for by someone other than the intended recipient.
  • In case of delivery failures due to the following reasons, the order will be considered "failed":
  • Incorrect or incomplete address.
  • Recipient unavailable.
  • Premises locked.

5. Second Delivery Attempt:

  • If delivery fails on the first attempt, we will contact the customer to reschedule. Additional delivery charges will apply for the second attempt.
  • If the customer refuses to pay the additional charges, the order amount will be refunded.

6. Unforeseen Circumstances:

Deliveries may be rescheduled in the event of natural calamities (e.g., floods, heavy rains) or national events (e.g., bandh). Customers will be informed promptly of any changes.

7. Claims for Shortages or Damages:

  • Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery via the "Contact Us" page on our website.
  • Damages or shortages must be noted on the delivery challan and acknowledged by the delivery personnel.

Delivery Charges

Shipping and handling charges vary based on the product’s size, weight, and packaging requirements. These charges will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.
  • Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
